Communities Across the United States Supporting Addiction Recovery through Fitness Training

Each of these organizations is a member of Sparking Life Recovery, an organization based on the work of Dr. John Ratey, an expert on the impact of exercise on brain health. Their mission is to promote and support organizations who are harnessing the power of exercise and camaraderie to help others overcome addiction.
