Communities Across the United States Supporting Recovery through Fitness Training
Each of these organizations is a member of Sparking Life Recovery, an organization based on the work of Dr. John Ratey, an expert on the impact of exercise on brain health. Their mission is to promote and support organizations who are harnessing the power of exercise and camaraderie to help others overcome addiction.
Boston Bulldogs Running Club
The Boston Bulldogs Running Club is a co-ed 501(c)3 non-profit club established to provide an anonymous and safe community of support for all those adversely affected by addiction - those in recovery, their families and friends, the clinical community and the community at large.
Running2BWell's motto is "Stronger With Every Step". We meet regularly to help those struggling (and their families) with addiction or mental health issues to encourage a healthier lifestyle! We mainly use walking/running but also include resistance training.
